CMHS's Refund & Cancellation Policy:

At CM Health Solutions Pvt. Ltd. we value your business and want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Our Refund and Cancellation policy depends upon the specific product or service that you purchase from us. The following describes the policy for each of the various categories of products and services that we sell:

a) Screening Packages :

If the customer chooses to cancel the screen packages already purchased he / she will be entitled to a full refund minus processing charges as applicable provided the cancellation is done within one week of the purchase. Refund is allowed provided the entire screening package is unutilised. No refund is possible on partially used screening packages.

b) Health Risk Assessments Reports / Consultation Reports / Newsletters / e-books etc.:

Health Risk Assessments Reports / Consultation Reports / Newsletters / e-books etc. and other similar products that are delivered electronically via e-mail or a download link (in PDF, or other formats), are not eligible for a cancellation or refund as the delivery is effected and client must have already derived benefits. Please contact us if you have technical problems in downloading or viewing of the contents, or are unsatisfied with the product, and we will do our best to address your issue. However, due to the nature of electronic and information products we regret we are unable to refund you the purchase price.

c) Physical Products:

Any physical products sold by us that are delivered via a courier, shipping service or postal mail can either be cancelled or returned for a refund. CMHS shall coordinate with the manufacturer who will arrange for pickup and courier facility; Monies will be refunded by CMHS electronically. An order can only be cancelled prior to it being shipped. If an order is cancelled you will receive a full refund minus processing charges as applicable. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for a full refund minus processing charges as applicable if returned within 14 days of the purchase date subject to the following conditions:

  • All returns require prior authorization. You can obtain the Return Authorization by contacting us with details of your original purchase and a valid reason for the return.
  • All products must be returned undamaged and in their original unused condition and in their original packaging.
  • Any items received that do not satisfy the above conditions will not be accepted and will not be entitled to get refunds.

You will receive a credit within 7 business days for the purchase price for any cancelled or returned item(s) less any shipping & handling charges. The credit will be issued on the same credit card that was originally used to make the purchase. If this is not possible or if the purchase was made using any other form of payment – check, Netbanking, COD, etc, a check will be mailed to you within 7 business days.
