It is a foregone conclusion that Training is empowerment! Wellness coaching is an integral part of Integrated Wellness Services.

Every individual carries an invisible gap between what they should be doing and what they actually do! Wellness Coaching can close this gap. It has been proven that Behaviour modification is the single most important step in attaining wellness. Drawing heavily on coaching Psychology, we help clients overcome resistance to change by using a step by step, structured approach. Wellness coaches help clients realise and accept what they want, why they want it, what's stopping them and only then create a plan for action, together.

It is not a standalone training session but integrated with LifeQuotient and other risk factors observed; it forms a part of client’s roadmap to achieve ideal LifeQuotient. Through this supportive relationship, Wellness Coaches empower their clients with focus on facilitation, rather than just prescription. The client is egged on to take responsibility, feel confident with small successes and ultimately achieve much more significant change than they would have done on their own.
